URSA Internship Awards

Undergraduate students with confirmed volunteer, unpaid or minimally paid internships external to UAF are encouraged to apply for URSA Internship award funding. URSA offers up to $3,000 of support for opportunities in the fall or spring, and up to $6,000 for the summer. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

URSA Travel Awards

URSA Travel Awards will reopen in July 2025 and are accepted on a rolling basis to support students who plan to actively participate in a conference, competition, immersive program, performance, workshop, or other type of meeting or congregation of the student's peers/professionals in their respective field. Students with accepted participation to an event are encouraged to apply.
